You will need to supply the following information:
Name, Address, Telephone Number, Item Reference Number, Item Description (e.g. C10 Plate 45 'AA') and Price.
If paying by credit card, you will need to supply number, expiry date, and issue number (where appropriate).
Also for security reasons, please ensure that you supply the three-digit security number at the end of the signature strip on the back of your card - I cannot process your order without it...!

METHODS OF PAYMENT
I accept the following:

• Sterling cheque (drawn on UK banks only - payable to Martin Jenkinson or Sturminster Stamps);
• UK Postal Orders;
• Cash in Sterling, US Dollars or Euros (whole notes only, rounded up to the nearest whole note - excess will be credited to account - please see below for current exchange rates);
• Credit Cards: via Secure Server on this site, or pass number by telephone to 0044 (0)1258 472720; or
• Paypal.

I do NOT accept the following:

• Mint Stamps;
• Echeques - too slow to clear; or (because of prohibitive charges):
• Bidpay;
• Foreign Currency Cheques drawn on overseas banks;
• Sterling Money Orders on overseas banks.

POSTAGE AND PACKING
I ship internationally, but because of volatile exchange rates, I try to keep my exchange rates reasonably close to the markets, without changing them on a daily basis: they are however liable to change without notice.

Current Exchange Rate: £1.00 Sterling = US$2.00 and Euro €1.50

POSTAGE RATES:
***NB: As a result of the latest rises in postal charges (7 April 2008), there are changes in UK Special Delivery rates...***

• UK:
  • Ordinary First Class: £0.50;
  • Recorded Delivery: £1.25 (Note maximum compensation for loss is only £32);
  • Special Delivery: £5.00 up to £500, £5.50 £500 and over, rates liable to increase for heavier packages - charged at cost. N.B: Special Delivery (or International 'Signed For') will normally be used automatically for amounts of £100 and over: client's request for lesser rate at own risk. (Clients may also request enhanced rates for lesser amounts).
• Europe:
  • Ordinary Airmail: £1.00 (US$2.00, Euro €1.50);
  • International'Signed For': (replaces former Recorded and Registered services): £7.50 (US$15.00, €11.25).
• Rest of the World:
  • Ordinary Airmail: £1.50 (US$3.00, Euro €2.25);
  • International 'Signed For':£7.50 (US$15.00, €11.25).

*PLEASE NOTE: I obtain a Certificate of Posting for all non-'Signed For' despatches. ALL rates for international shipping may be subject to increase for heavier packages or higher value. Please enquire for details.

Whilst I will endeavour to maintain these rates steady, and give advance notice of changes, I reserve the right to change them without notice should circumstances dictate.
